Featured Employee: Business Information Systems Manager
This is part of a series that focuses on CPFCU employees.

My name is Patrick Androsevic and I’ve been employed with Chicago Patrolmen’s Federal Credit Union since March of 2006. I started out with the Targeted Response Team (a term borrowed from CPD) which was a management trainee program that consisted of training with various credit union departments for a period of time. This gave me the opportunity to work with a number of people in different disciplines before pursuing one sector. Based on my career interests and educational experience I felt that Information Systems was a good fit. I am now the Business Information Systems Manager. I’m currently enrolled in an MBA program so that I can continue to grow in my role at the credit union.
It is a departure from my previous work experience at a company that provided translation and interpretation services. I was well suited to that role, since I grew up speaking multiple languages. However, after nearly five years there I knew I wanted to go back to school and advance my career. Shortly after I received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Information Systems I began my career with CPFCU.
It is a special privilege to work for those who serve and protect our city. I also enjoy the dynamic work environment at the credit union. I get plenty of opportunities to take on new projects and our continued growth always offers exciting challenges.
My biggest and most rewarding challenge hasn’t been at work, though. My wife and I recently became parents to our wonderful baby boy! Between him and finishing up my MBA I am keeping quite busy. When I do find a few moments of free time, I love to be outdoors and work out. I also enjoy reading and cooking as ways to relax.
Thank you, Patrick, for your enthusiasm and tireless hard work!
