Brix is a 5 1/2 year old Belgian Malinois and the German shepherd mix, (unofficially referred to as a Maliherd) who was born in the Netherlands. Brix came to the United States at just over 1 year old (in 2008) and he and I have been working together since. He is a Chicago Police Patrol dog, specializing in narcotic detection, article searches, field searches (offender searches) and Cadaver searches. Brix is an energetic, hard working, friendly dog and the most loyal partner anyone could ask for

Drak is a German Shepard Dog imported from Holland. He is a male with all black coloring and weighs 71 pounds. His date of birth is 25 SEP 09. Drak’s commands are in German and English. Drak is trained in tracking, article searches, building searches, vehicle searches, handler protection and narcotic detection. Drak can detect 11 different narcotic odors. To date Drak has seized over 1,800,000 million dollars of narcotic related money. When not working, Drak resides at home with Officer Lorenz and his family. Drak likes to run and his favorite toy is a red kong.
